Description
The CD34 QuantiFlowEx Kit is designed for the identification and percentage count of total viable CD34 + stem cells from total viable leukocytes in samples with determined white blood cell count (WBC). The following samples can be tested with the CD34 QuantiFlowEx kit: normal and mobilized peripheral blood, fresh and thawed leukapheresis products, fresh and thawed bone marrow, and fresh and thawed umbilical cord blood. The kit is designed for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use in combination with a flow cytometer equipped with appropriate fluorescence and light scattering detectors and appropriate software for data acquisition and analysis.
Content
- Staining reagent ED7080-1: 1 vial (1 ml) containing a premixed cocktail of monoclonal antibodies anti-CD45 FITC, clone MEM-28 and anti-CD34 PE, clone 4H11 (APG). The labelled antibodies are diluted and combined to an optimal concentration in a stabilizing solution of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide.
- ED7080-2 7-AAD – 1 vial (1 ml) containing cell viability dye 7-Aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) prediluted in phosphate-buffered stabilizing saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide.
- ED7080-3 lysis solution: 1 bottle (15 ml) containing a 10x concentrated ammonium chloride solution for lysis of red blood cells. The solution does not contain fixatives.
Storage and handling
Store at 2-8 ° C. Does not freeze.
